By: Nicole Rege Colet, Denis Berthiaume

It postulates an initial reluctance to directly assess teachers and evokes the hypothesis of a shift in practices initially focused on the evaluation of teaching by students in favor of integrated devices oriented towards the professional development of university teachers. It therefore examines the tension between a control approach and a development approach, including the practical and structural implications for Swiss universities.
